Homegrown, pastured chicken, forest raised pork and 100% grass fed and finished beef

Welcome to Heritage Forge and Farm. We're a small family farm near Wacousta, Michigan. We raise happy, healthy, wholesome chicken, pork and beef. And when we get some free time we'll stoke some coal, swing a hammer and do some blacksmithing.

Conscientious stewardship of our land and livestock.

We use a rotational grazing system and allow Mother Nature to do her thing. Our meat chickens and beef are moved daily to fresh pasture. The pasture contains alfalfa, clover, timothy, rye grass and many other plants. Our pigs have plenty of room to roam the woods and live like pigs are supposed to. We don't use pesticides, herbicides or chemicals of any kind, even if they're approved as "organic". The only fertilizer the pasture receives comes naturally from the cattle and chickens, and trust us, they're full of it!

What started as 4H projects with our kids has become a passion that we look forward to sharing with you. Our pasture raised eggs, chicken, pork and beef are incredibly flavorful and responsibly raised. Once you've tried them you'll never want anything else.
